Dear customers our company we inform you that the producing  GPR VIY2 series discontinued. In place of the second series came third series of devices. Technical support, repair and maintenance for second series of equipment is performed of the former regime.

The VIY2-125 ground penetrating radar (GPR) is used for location and analysis of underground anomalies using electromagnetic pulse radiation. The GPR is suitable for searching of both metal and dielectric targets (stratiform structures, pipes, voids, building constructions etc.).

Basic applications:

  • Engineering and communication objects searching
  • Engineering construction examination (building basis, dams, etc.)
  • Man-caused accident areas investigation
  • Underground anomalies searching (voids, breaks, foreign inclusions, weak rocks)
  • Ground water level determination
  • Subsurface deposits profiling

Peculiarities

  • Monoblock design - all GPR modules are arranged all together into a single case, which is connected to computer via RS232 communication cable.
  • Arbitrary shape of time variable gain control (TVGC) - amplitude control of any part of echo signal is available
  • Spectrum randomizing (quasi-random sampling sequence) - interference immunity improvement especially to coherent influences
  • Increased dynamic range owing to digitally stacking of received signals
  • Real time signal pre-processing
  • Arbitrary scanning window, start and stop points to the extent of 1024 samples. It is possible to acquire the GPR profile from 5nd to 8th meter, for example.
  • Low power consumption - at least 8 hours working session without charging necessity
